TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Many of the products that we sell online are personalised for you using information that you provide. Therefore, the information requested when your order must be filled in accurately by yourself and we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes you make when ordering your item(s).
- It is not normally possible to cancel orders you have placed especially for personalised products but if you contact us quickly enough we will do our best to cancel your order.
- By using our website we ask you not to upload any images that are under copyright without the copyright holder’s permission in writing and do not attempt to upload any obscene or objectionable images or text. We may have to cancel your order and refund your payment if such images or text are sent to us. We also ask you to backup any images that you send us.
- We aim to deliver within the timescales stated, although at times delivery may be subject to conditions outside of our control. All delivery times are approximate and we will not be held liable for any compensation or damages, as a result of late or non-delivery.
- If we are unable to deliver within our normal delivery time, we will contact you immediately to agree a new delivery date. If we are unable to agree a new date, we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. You have the right to contact us if we do not deliver within the time-scales outlined on the Delivery Information Page. Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
- Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you. ie: engraved, lasered or manufactured.
- Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.
- If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.
- You have disposed of the item you have an issue with.
- A perishable item that has been consumed/disposed of.
- If you return an item because of an engraving error on our part, we will happily replace the item and return it asap free of charge. (we are only human and sometimes mistakes are made) You can contact our Customer Service department for the returns address. ( main address ). The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 14 days of delivery. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
- We regret that postage and packing costs for unwanted items cannot be refunded after 14 days from when the order was delivered.
- Please note:
- You have a duty to return the item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty or does not comply with the contract.
- The parcel can take up to 14 days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
REFUNDS:
If your order arrives with defects or is damaged in transit, we will replace it, whenever possible, free of charge or refund your money. If you need to return goods, please contact us within three working days of receipt of your order with details of the complaint. Returns are made at your expense, although we may waive this responsibility in certain circumstances.
